General Information
The ownership of the website located at https://rillaz.art (including all its subdomains and all its internal paths, collectively referred to as the “Site”, “Website”, or “Web”) is held by Lokie Labs, S.L. (“Lokie Labs”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of Spain, with registered office in Alcobendas (Madrid), and tax identification number (N.I.F.) B13930714.
Scope
These Terms regulate your access to and use of the Site, including but not limited to:
- The main domain: rillaz.art
- All its internal paths (e.g., /albarra, /about-us, /rilla-run, /buy-rillaz, /tim3cap)
- All its subdomains (e.g., heatmap.rillaz.art, twins.rillaz.art, and any future subdomains)
By accessing or using any part of the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site.
Minimum Age
Respecting the provisions of articles 8 of the GDPR and 7 of the LOPD-GDD, only those over 14 years of age may lawfully use the Site and provide consent to the processing of their personal data. In the case of a minor under 14 years of age, the consent of the parents or guardians is required, and this will only be considered lawful to the extent that they have authorized it.
NFT Ownership and License
When you own a RILLAZ or RILLAZ DEPIX NFT on ApeChain, you own the underlying art, and ownership is verified via your connected wallet.
NFT License
Subject to continued ownership, Lokie Labs grants you a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to:
- Use, copy, and display the NFT art for personal and commercial purposes.
- Create derivative works.
- Brand products or services with the NFT art.
You may not:
- Use the NFT art to promote hate, violence, or illegal activities.
- Use Lokie Labs’ trademarks, logos, or brand names without a separate agreement.
- Mint or tokenize the same NFT art on another platform.
The license transfers automatically with the NFT and terminates when you no longer own it.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site and Services lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Unauthorized access, tampering with, or disrupting the Site or its systems.
- Using the Site for unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful purposes.
- Violating intellectual property rights of Lokie Labs or others.
Lokie Labs reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access at its sole discretion without notice.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, Spain.
Updates
We may amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
